  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    We do not hold a property until a tenant is approved and a lease is signed.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my admin fee?

    The admin fee is due when you sign your lease, and First month’s rent is due on the day of move-in in the form of a cashier’s check or money order.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    18 years of age or older.
  • Is the admin fee refundable?

    No.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    Tenants who do not meet our minimum income or credit requirements will need to have a cosigner.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    Please see the “Apply Online” link under the tenant resources tab! (Menu>Tenants>Tenant Resources>Apply Online)
  • How do I pay rent?

    We require that all of our tenants pay their rent online. The “Pay Online” link is located under the tenant resources tab towards the bottom of the page. (Menu>Tenants>Tenant Resources>Pay online)
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    All pets must be approved by your property manager. Please email for more information.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    We will abide by the terms of your original lease. Please e-mail for further information about this situation.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    Please reference your current lease document to find this information!
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance requests?

    The owner will pay for general repairs and maintenance not caused by the tenant. If a tenant causes the damage, the management company will charge the tenant for that bill.
